- 1.5 oz. Severance No. 9 gin
- 0.5 oz. Chambord
- 0.5 oz Native Berry Rose Cordial or Strawberry Simple Syrup
- 0.5 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz egg white
- 5 raspberries
- 1 thyme sprig
- Lemon peel for garnish
Add 1.5 oz Gin, 0.5 oz Chambord, 0.5 oz Native Berry Rose Cordial or Strawberry simple syrup, thyme leaves, 1 oz egg white, 5 raspberries, 0.5 oz lemon juice. Dry shake. Add ice, then shake again until well chilled. Double strain into coupe. Garnish with expressed lemon and fresh raspberries.
