Island Delight Series
The Island Delight Series is composed of specially hand-crafted, Florida-made rums. Influenced by favorite rums from around the world and the local Florida terroir, Biki’s line of signature rums ranges from Biki’s Silver Rum, suited for Tiki-inspired cocktails, to Biki’s Gold and aged Rums that are both familiar and exotic. Our rums contain no added sugars or coloring agents. A huge fan of coffee, our Founder’s rum portfolio would not be complete without Biki’s Coffee Rum. The name “Biki” comes from the famous (infamous?) story of a misspelled nickname on a coffee order (you know the place…). These offerings invite you to kick back, relax, and enjoy a tropical paradise.
Biki’s Silver Rum

Biki’s Gold Rum

Biki’s Gold Rum pairs our premium rum with exotic Brazilian Amburana wood. Notes of warm spices and gingerbread from the Amburana combine with leather and tobacco tones to create a rum that will soon become a favorite in your glass.
Biki’s Rum
46% ABV/92 Proof/Distilled from Molasses
Biki’s Rum is our premium rum aged in select barrels to produce a rum enjoyed sipping or in your favorite cocktails.
Biki’s Coffee Rum
43% ABV/86 Proof/Distilled from Molasses/Local St. Pete Coffee
Biki’s Coffee Rum is made by infusing our premium rum with coffee beans for up to 2 days, then it is carefully filtered to produce a bold yet sweet coffee rum to enjoy anytime of the day sipping or in your favorite cocktails.
