What happens when you dare to imagine? Our Agave Soul series is inspired by innovation and a love of agave spirits (a.k.a. Tequila!). Our award-winning Agave Dawn is a unique gin distilled from agave and vapor-infused with select botanicals including juniper berries, citrus, peppercorn, and spices, while our Agave Moon takes this Agave gin one step farther with barrel aging in our ex-Rum casks to produce a complex spirit with citrus, vanilla, and spice notes.
