Arrant Mule

  • 1.5 oz Authors Tryst Vol. 1 Gin
  • 1 oz Simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz Lime juice
  • 4 oz Ginger beer
  • 8 Mint leaves
  • Mint sprig to garnish

    In a shaker, add the Mint leaves, Simple Syrup, Lime juice. Muddle to release Mint flavors. Add Gin and Ice. Shake. Double strain into a copper mule mug or highball filled with ice. Top with Ginger beer. Garnish with mint sprig and lime slices.
