Leaving decades of technical research behind to enter the world of spirits, our mission is to translate passion and creativity coupled with scientific knowledge to capture the essence of our artistic vision in each bottle for you to experience.

Severessence™ Distilling Co is a woman-owned Florida Craft Spirits brand founded in 2022 on the pillars of passion, innovation, and dedication to excellence in every detail from concept to bottle to provide you with the finest spirits.
From the debut of our Severance Gins at the FCSA Sunshine Spirits Festival in Jacksonville, Fl, in October 2022, the release of our Biki’s™ Rums including our popular Coffee and spiced Gold rums, to our one of a kind citrus-spicy Agave Gins, we are continually striving to provide high quality, unique, hand crafted creations. Currently, we are a woman-founded and owned Florida Craft Spirits Brand and manufacture our products at Dark Door Spirits in Tampa, Fl. You can find our spirits in the Dark Door Spirits gift shop for tasting or purchase during their business hours.
